One of my all time favourite go to healthy breakfast: Oatmeal with apple cinnamon. It's so simple, heres all you need: 

 

LUXURY VERSION: Mix in a few drops of vanilla extract in the oatmeal. Sprinkle with chia seeds for extra health benefits. I am renting a place so I don't have those extra ingredients today but would still highly recommend it if you try this! Here is the final masterpiece:
